His expertise includes cost analysis, budgeting, procurement coordination, bid evaluation, and project planning. A proud curmudgeon from Niagara, Tim is also endlessly curious and always on a quest for knowledge. Plus this man can cook!
Meet Andrea
Andrea Robinson, MBA, brings more than 20 years of experience in software product and project management, leading product development, cross-functional delivery, process improvement, and customer-focused initiatives. She is also an entrepreneur who founded a local food business, building its products and brand before its recent sale. Having lived from coast to coast, Andrea loves cats, LEGO, and reading cookbooks for fun—and is currently deciding what her next birthday tattoo should be.
Meet Chef Drew
Drew Hall, CCC, CEC, is a Chef with more than 25 years of culinary experience across restaurants and large event venues, including food-service environments serving more than 5,000 guests. His expertise spans menu development, production standards, kitchen workflow, food quality, event planning, staff coaching, catering, and pop-up concepts. Outside the kitchen, Drew travels in search of new cooking adventures, flavours, and culinary inspiration. Check me out on Instagram.

Hi, I’m Cambria, the baker and creator behind Boulanger.ie!
What started as a love for baking and creating treats for family and friends grew into a small business where I get to turn ideas into cakes, cookies, cake pops, and other sweet creations. I especially love bringing a little personality to every order through custom designs, colours, and details that make each treat feel unique.
I’m passionate about creating delicious, homemade baked goods that look just as good as they taste. Whether it’s a celebration cake, a box of decorated cookies, or a sweet treat to enjoy with a coffee, I love being part of the moments that bring people together.
I’m so excited to be partnering with Surprises Lounge and to have the opportunity to share my baking with even more people in our community!
